3. NFT Purchases

  • No Sign-Up Required: Users can purchase NFTs directly without creating an account.
  • Buy NFT Button: Simply click on the “Buy NFT” button and connect your MetaMask wallet to complete the transaction.
  • UBitcoin Payments: All NFT purchases must be made using UBitcoin. No other payment methods are currently accepted.
  • Unlimited Purchases: Users can purchase an unlimited number of NFTs.

4. Wallet Integration and Security

  • MetaMask Integration: You are required to connect your MetaMask wallet to complete any NFT purchase on the platform.
  • Security Responsibility: You are responsible for the security of your MetaMask wallet and private keys. ultraverse.live is not liable for any losses or issues arising from unauthorized access to your wallet.

5. NFT Locking Period

  • 180-Day Locking Period: Once you purchase an NFT, it will be locked for 180 days. During this period, the NFT cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed.

    6. Price, Profit, and Market Conditions

    • Fluctuation in Value: The value and potential profit of the Sandalwood Seed NFTs may increase or decrease over time based on market conditions, demand, and the growth of the sandalwood tree.
    • Weather and Crop Conditions: The growth and eventual value of the sandalwood tree represented by your NFT are subject to natural factors, including weather conditions, which may affect the crop’s outcome.
    • No Guaranteed Profit: ultraverse.live does not guarantee any specific return on investment or profit. The profit and value of the NFT are subject to:
    • Weather conditions affecting the growth of the tree.
    • Time of selling the NFT or harvested tree value at maturity.
    • Market demand and other external factors beyond the control of ultraverse.live.

    You acknowledge that these conditions can impact the ultimate value and return of your NFT.

    7. NFT Bonuses and Rewards

    • Level Bonus Eligibility: To qualify for NFT Level Bonuses, users must purchase at least one NFT.

    8. No Refunds

    All NFT purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

    9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

    • By purchasing an NFT on ultraverse.live, you own the NFT. Ownership includes the rights to the underlying digital asset, subject to any specific licensing agreements attached to the NFT.
    • You do not gain ownership of any intellectual property rights relating to the Website, including logos, trademarks, and content other than the purchased NFT.
